Ever since I got my Instant Pot Pressure Cooker I have been SMITTEN and determined to gather some amazing recipes for it. Because Weight Watchers is so easy to follow, I figured why not share my favorite recipes?

Chicken Noodle Soup – 4 SmartPoints

Vegetable Beef Soup – 6 SmartPoints

“Baked” Sweet Potatoes – 2 SmartPoints

Chicken & Dumplings – 5 SmartPoints

Mongolian Beef – 12 SmartPoints

Chili Verde – 5 SmartPoints

Cauliflower Mash – 3 SmartPoints

    Always looking for Instant Pot meals and soups! Healthy is the way we eat ans WW is the best life style change I ever made! Skinnytaste gas great recipes too, if you haven’t seen you t yet!

    what are the serving sizes for all the recipes. You tell the points, is that for the whole recipe? New to WW so I dont know how this works. thank you

      Hey!

      Serving sizes are usually on the recipe post so I would check the recipes you like. Usually it’s 4 to 8 but each one should tell you 😉
