Feta Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe: 3 Weight Watchers PointsPlus

This Feta Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe is only 3 WW PointsPlus for FOUR stuffed mushrooms – and boy are they delicious! If you haven’t started Weight Watchers yet, you can start weight watchers for FREE. They have about 100 calories for 4 mushrooms, depending on the exact products you use.

Feta Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms: 3 WW PointsPlus

This recipe was adapted from my favorite cook book EVER: Best-Loved Philadelphia Appetizers, Dips, Sides, Entrees, Desserts, and More!

Ingredients

20 mushrooms (about 1 pound)
1 tablespoon butter
4oz crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
3 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened

Directions

Preheat broiler. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Set whole mushrooms aside. Cook stems, stirring in butter on medium heat for a few minutes (until tender).

Add in feta cheese and cream cheese. Mix well, cook until cream cheese is melted. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps on broiler pan.

 

Broil 3 minutes or until golden brown; serve warm.
