    when i put on their swim suits, i sprayed them all over with 55+…and let their skin soak it in for about 15 minutes. Then I have them finish getting dressed. Not only are they ‘ready’ when they get outside, but their skin fully absorbed it!

    My best advice is to make a game out of putting on sunscreen. Maybe see who can get every place the fastest.

    Always carry sun screen, hat, and some sunglasses in your car so you won’t run off and forget them.

    55+ SPF waterproof sunscreen (reapply often ) and stay hydrated with plenty of water.
    Wear hats and sunglasses if needed.

    I wear sunscreen I always buy makeup with sunscreen I’m. Trying to educate black people they need it like everyone else
