Nutrisystem and My First Week BACK! #NSNation

SO I am back on Nutrisystem.. AND I have lost some weight and inches!! Last week I was at 177.8, today I am at 176.4 :) Go me!

I kind of eased myself back into it. I started out by drinking more water and getting the breakfast and lunches down. Dinner I used Nutrisystem 5 nights and 2 nights I ate with my husband and kids. I kept those dinners healthy though – baked chicken with broccoli and turkey sausage with salad and a biscuit.

I am also happy to report I have lost an inch from my stomach too! I am immediately seeing the difference in how my clothes are fitting, especially since the belly is my biggest trouble spot!

My favorite of the week has to be the Butternut Squash Ravioli from the Chef’s Table Collection. I love the sweetness of the squash and the carmelized onions. SO yummy!!

I also love how easy it is to make. The Chef’s Table meals all come in cookable bags – you just pop them into the oven and DONE! Who doesn’t love easy?

So, here’s my current stats:

  • Starting Weight: 177.8 – 8/7/2012

  • Current Weight: 176.4 – 8/14/2012

  • Total Lost: 1.4lbs

  • Goal for Next Week – 174 and drink more water, lose another 1.5 inches from my stomach
