This post I want to talk about options. I DO need to make sure you all know something.
If you can avoid fast food – AVOID IT. This is not meant to be a post about eating what you want and losing weight. It’s merely giving you some options just in case you find yourself in a position where the drive thru might just be the sensible choice. (moms – am I right?)
You know when you are out and about and forget to bring something to eat (or something for the kids), and before you know it it’s 2pm and everyone is starving. AND you are not near home. What to do?
I have had this dilemma come up before. Kids – when they are hungry they get cranky. All you want to do is appease them. So it’s either sit down somewhere or run through the drive-thru and get a quick bite. But when you are watching what you eat it can get pretty daunting.
